We're thrilled that you're considering our venue for your event. Here are some essential details you'll need to know:

Capacity: Our venue can accommodate up to 60 guests. If your event exceeds this capacity, we regret to inform you that we won't be able to host it effectively.

Small Groups: For groups with fewer than 12 attendees, we advise against our group packages as it may not provide optimal value for money. Instead, we recommend booking individual sessions for each participant through our standard booking page.

Package Structure: Our event packages involve renting all six simulators for a designated period. Each session lasts 12 minutes, and the maximum capacity for one session is six participants. Below you can specify the number of participants and the amount of sessions they will engage in. From this we can calculate how long we recommend hiring out the venue for. Keep in mind that this is an estimate.
We require a minimum 50% deposit for all events when booking.

Venue Hire: Consider elevating your event by opting for a full venue hire, available for an additional fee of just $50 per hour. This exclusive option grants you a private venue, ensuring your event feels special and personalized.
Catering: While our expertise lies in creating exhilarating simulator experiences, we understand that catering requires a different skill set. Therefore, we've left it to the professionals.
We recommend two outstanding options: indulge in delectable finger foods from Charcuterie and Co or savour delicious pizzas from Pizza Capers Cannon Hill.
Alternatively, you're welcome to bring your own food or order from a caterer of your choice.

Please note that all beverages must be purchased from our venue, and external drinks will not be permitted. We can also assist you in setting up bar tabs for your convenience on the day.
Cars and Tracks: Organizing car and track preferences for group events can be challenging, but it's our specialty.
Our knowledgeable staff members are at your service to guide you through the options and provide multiple suggestions tailored to your desired driving experience.
For group events, we highly recommend all participants drive the same car on the same track. This ensures a fair and consistent experience for everyone, making your event both enjoyable and competitive.
